CONDOM USAGE, HEALTH EDUCATION - 9 STEPS !!!

1 Check for the expiry date on the condom before usage।

2. Carefully remove the condom from its packet.Be careful not to snag the condom.

3. Make sure that the condom is in the right way round. Wait till your penis is erect before putting on the condom. If you are uncircumcised, remember to pull back the foreskin before putting the condom on.

4.With one hand, you should pinch the condom by the teat or close end, squeezing out any trapped air.

5.Still holding the tip of the condom, use your other hand to unroll the condom down the full length of your penis. Make sure the condom go down rolls down as far as it will go. Smooth out any air bubbles.

6. Apply plenty of water-based lubricant over the condom and on your partner’s anus.

7. During sex, check from time to time that the condom is still in one piece. Apply more water- based lubricant during sex if necessary.

8. Soon after ejaculation, withdraw your penis whiles it is still erect by holding the condom firmly in place. Remove the condom only when your penis is fully withdrawn.

9. Dispose of the use condom hygienically. Wrap the condom in a tissue and place it in a bin. (Do not flush it down the toilet). Remember only use a condom once.

The garden was so beautiful, it had such beautiful flowers that people from distant places used to come to see them. then his mother baecame old and fell sick. She was neither worried about her sickness nor about her old age. Her only worry was about what would happen to her garden.

Mao was young. He said to his mother " don't be worried mama, i'll take care of your garden."

And Mao took care of the garden, working from the morning till the evening. After one month his mother got better, and as soon as she could walk a little she came into the garden. Looking at the garden she was shocked ! The garden was ruined. All the plants have dried up ! All the flowers have withered and fallen away!

She became very much disturbed and said to Mao " you idiot , you were in the garden. What did you do here? All the plants are about to die ! What were you doing? "

Mao started crying and said " i took great care. I kissed each flower and loved it.
I cleaned and wiped off the dust from each and every leaf, but i don't know what happened. I was worried also, but the flowers went on withering away, the leaves went on drying out and the garden went on dying ! "

His mother said " you are an idiot ! you don't know yet that the life of flowers is not in the flowers and life of the leaves is not in the leaves ! "

The life of the plant is in a place that is not all apparent to anyone: IT IS IN THE ROOTS which are hidden beneath the ground ! If one doesn't take care of the roots, the flowers and leaves can't be taken care of ! However much they may be loved, howsoever the dust on the them may be cleaned , the plants will wither away.

SO, THE FLOWERS AND LEAVES COME OUT OF THE ROOTS, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND !!!

Rains lash across India, claim over 70 lives !!!

Hyderabad, June 24: The torrential rains have wreaked havoc in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Goa and parts of Maharashtra. 60 people have been killed in the rains prompting authorities to evacuate thousands of people, even as the Army joined rescue and relief operations. The highest number of deaths -- 41 -- was reported in Andhra Pradesh and the rains triggered by a depression over the Bay of Bengal claimed 20 lives in Kurnool, which remained cut off from the rest of the state.

The Army and Navy have been alerted to assist those stranded in submerged areas, particularly in Kurnool and Nandyal towns. Over 68 relief camps have been set up and about 24,900 people have been evacuated. The flash floods left a trail of death and destruction and disrupted communications and road and rail traffic. Hundreds were stranded in buses and trains as roads and railway tracks were submerged at several places.

The coastal stretches in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala were the worst hit though life in urban areas was also thrown out of gear with power, water supply and traffic being disrupted in many places for the second day on Saturday. Rain-related deaths were reported since yesterday from Guntur, Guntur, Prakasam, Kadapa, Srikakulam, Karimnagar, East Godavari, Mahaboobnagar and Hyderabad. Eleven people, mostly construction workers, were killed when two walls collapsed after heavy rains lashed Pune and its suburbs.

Two couples died after being struck by lightning in Nasik district on Friday evening. Four members of a family were killed in a landslip in Wayanad district, taking the toll in rain-related incidents in Kerala to 10. Two helicopters ferried relief materials to Kurnool town, whose low-lying areas were submerged by flood waters.

An army column with 100 personnel was in Kurnool to assist the civil administration in relief operations. PM offers Central aid to rain hit AP, Assam, KeralaDr. Manmohan Singh has offered Central assistance to Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Assam in the wake of havoc caused by rain and floods there. The assistance was offered when Singh spoke to the Chief Ministers of these states. The Prime Minister also conveyed his condolences and sympathy to those affected by rain and floods in these states.

Heavy rains lash Mumbai and suburbs Heavy rains lashed the city and its suburbs for the second day today, leading to water-logging in various low-lying areas and disrupting traffic. Road, rail and air services were affected due to the first heavy rainfall of this season. Warnings have been issued to fishermen not to venture into the sea along the Maharashtra and Goa coast. Ports have also been told to remain alert and take necessary precaution, they added. The weather office in Colaba in south Mumbai has recorded 279.4 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am, while the amount of rain in the suburbs was 200.6 mm. Bureau Report
